This privacy policy ("Policy") governs the DreamLinks web site
(the "Site"), which is operated by DreamLinks.Com. ("DreamLinks"). You should revisit
this page from time to time as your use of the Site is subject to the version of
the Policy posted on the Site at the time of such use.

A. Maintaining Your Privacy
1. We are completely focused on maintaining your personal
privacy while you use the Services and the Site. You may provide personal information
("Personal Information") about yourself in your Profile and in the process of meeting
other Users. Personal Information is maintained securely on the Site. You have full
control over what Personal Information is made available to Users. Your Personal
Information will never be provided to third party companies. This is our guarantee
to you, and the following privacy policy explains some of the details about how
we handle this.
2. Your Profile will not contain your name, or any other information by which
Users may identify you (that is, personally-identifiable information), with the
obvious exception of photographs. In your Profile, you are identified by you user
name, which is a short "nickname" or "online persona" chosen by you.

B. Collection of Personal Information and IP Address
1. In the process of becoming a Full Member, you provide general information
about yourself, which forms the basis of your Profile. This information includes
demographic data (including gender, date of birth, country of residence), Profile
specific information (including User ID and password), information about the type
of relationship you are looking for, and your e-mail ID.
2. After you become a Full Member, you have the option of providing additional
information in your Profile, such as:
(a) Account Information – such as your name and address. Certain information
entered during the registration process is also displayed on this page, including
your user ID and password, the country you reside in, and your and e-mail ID on
the My Profile page.
(b) Personal Characteristics - additional details you can enter to describe
yourself. This information, which is displayed in different sections on the My Profile
page, includes:

your occupation, the languages you speak, your religion; |

a description of your personality;
|
|
|
your hobbies and interests; |
|
|
a description of your appearance; |
|
|
a description of yourself and the type of person you are looking
for; and |
|

pictures of yourself. |

3. In most cases, you enter Personal Information by
choosing from selection lists with different options. You may also describe yourself
in your own words in the About Myself and Looking For sections of your Profile.
4. In addition, each time you log into the Site, we record your Internet
Protocol (IP) address, which is the unique number associated with the computer with
which you log in. (Note: each computer connected to the Internet has its own unique
IP address and this address does not contain any personal information about you.)
We record your IP address for administrative and maintenance purposes. Your IP address
is used internally on our Web servers.

C. Use of Personal Information & IP Address
1. Account Information
(a) The information in the Account section of your Profile is not shared
with Users, with the possible exception of your country, province/state and city
of residence. This information – if you enter it and make it available for other
Users – will allow other Users to find you using the Site’s search function.
(b) Your e-mail ID, which is also stored in the Account section of your Profile,
is not provided to other Users. We use your e-mail ID to:

send you details of your registration after you become a Full

inform you that you have been contacted by another User; |
|
|
send you your password if you have forgotten it; |

|
inform you if you are in non-compliance with the Member Terms
of Usage; |

2. Personal Characteristics Information
(a) The information you provide us to describe yourself – such as personality,
interests, appearance - forms the basis of your Profile, which other Users can search
and view in the Site’s Search page. You are allowed to provide a variety of such
information so that Users can identify you more accurately.
(b) Once you become a Full Member, you decide what additional Personal Information
you wish to share with other Users. If you do not enter any additional information,
your Profile will display only the minimal Personal Information you entered during
the registration process.

D. Personal Information
1. Unlike certain other relationship Web sites, we do
not provide Users’ Personal Information to third parties. We will never release
your personally identifiable information to an external organization without your
prior consent except for the purposes of validating credit information and collecting
debts.

E. Changes to this Policy
1. As we grow and expand our Services, this Policy may change. Full Members
will be notified on the Web site if we implement any such changes. At such time,
Full Members will have an opportunity to cancel their membership and ask us to purge
their Personal Information from our Site.
